Comprehensive Consultation Scheduled Meeting and Phone Call Venue Walk-Through One Lead Planner on Wedding Day + Assistant(s) Floor Plan Layout On-Site Management Creation of Detailed Timeline Review Vendor Selection(send timeline) Attendance at Rehearsal (up to 1-Hour) Manage and Coordinate Ceremony and Reception Line up Wedding Party for Ceremony Processional and Reception Introductions At as POC (point of contact) on Wedding Day Unlimited Email Correspondence, Phone Calls and Text (During normal business hours only) Distribute Final Payments and Gratuities to Vendors Assistance with setup of (Memorial Table, Gift Table, Place Cards) Help with End of Event Breakdown (gathering/loading leftover food, alcohol and gifts to designated vehicle Plus access to use our charger plates, water goblets, and card boxes!!
