When booking a Planning or Designing Package what can clients expect?
A personal assistant that will advocate on their behalf. A emotional support system when it becomes frustrating and overwhelming. A new friend, bestie, and spiritual supporter!!
What are GGWAE rates for the different services offered?
At GGWAE we get this question often and understand everyone likes to know how much things will cost upfront for budget purposes. However, we like to sit down with our clients over a consultation to determine the overall vision, guest count and complexity of the event. Once we have understood the details and desired vision we create a custom proposal, if the client would like to move forward.
How often will a client meet with their Planner or Event Designer?
Their will be monthly check-ins and scheduled phone calls that will take place as the times permits to discuss any updates, changes or concerns.
When booking Wedding Coordination only when will the coordinator and client meet?
The Client and coordinator will meet roughly 60-90 days before the event to discuss the logistics for the day of events. However, we always advise our clients to book this services in advance to make sure we are available for their special
day.
Can services be bundled together?
Absolutely!! We are a Full Service Company and love for clients to choose us for their Planning. Design and Floral Production. A ONE STOP SHOP!!
Can client buy their own decorations and request for GGWAE to set up and break down on the day of wedding?
The answer is YES. We do offer this service as an additional fee for the DIY Brides who doesn’t need a designer.
