(Free)-Comprehensive Consultation Monthly Check-Ins and Scheduled Phone Calls Assistance with Planning and Execution Initial Venue Walk-Through One Lead Planner on Wedding Day +Assistant(s) On-Site Management Floor Plan Layout (if applicable) Review Vendor Selection and send them a Welcome Email Creation of Detailed Timeline Attendance at Rehearsal (up to 1-Hour) Attend Final Venue Walk-Through (up to 1-hour) Manage and Coordinate Ceremony and Reception Line up Wedding Party for Ceremony Processional and Reception Introductions At as POC (point of contact) on Wedding Day Unlimited Emails and Text Messages Full Access to Wedding Emergency Kit Distribute all Final Payments and Gratuities to Vendors Assistance with setup of (Memorial Table, Gift Table, and Place Cards) Help with End of Event Breakdown (gathering/loading of personal items, leftover food, alcohol and gifts to designated vehicle)
